Once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We know your time is valuable as ours is too. Out of respect for Lydia, Jessica, and our other clients, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time slot, you will be subject to a penalty fee. We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, a 24 hour cancellation notice will result in 50% of services booked being charged. 

 

If you fail to contact us to cancel your appointment, resulting in a No Show appointment, 75% of services booked will be charged.
